Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for Atrahasis PRO purchases. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, where the same text also appears as Section 10.

14-Day Full Refund (Initial Purchase Only)

You may request a full refund of your initial Atrahasis PRO purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, directly from the Subscription page of your customer portal. No explanation is required.

The 14-day window applies only to your initial Atrahasis PRO purchase. Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are not eligible for a refund. This is consistent with the treatment of elapsed billing periods under Polar's Buyer Terms.

Processed Through Our Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar (polar.sh). They handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. Their refund policy applies to the actual transaction processing in addition to the terms set out on this page.

Refund eligibility is subject to approval by Polar as our Merchant of Record. In accordance with their Buyer Terms, Polar may decline a refund request where they reasonably determine fraud, abuse, or misuse.

Refund processing time, including when the funds appear on your original payment method, is handled by Polar and is subject to their processing times and your bank's policies. For specific timing and conditions, please refer to Polar's Buyer Terms.

What Happens When You Request a Refund

  • Your Atrahasis PRO subscription is canceled immediately and will not renew.
  • Your license is revoked immediately and can no longer be used to run Atrahasis PRO.
  • For enterprise subscriptions, the refund cancels the entire subscription and revokes every license assigned to your team members across the organization. The enterprise administrator is responsible for communicating this to the team before requesting a refund.
  • The refund is processed by our payment provider and the funds are returned to your original payment method.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you under consumer protection law.
